    For spacious apartments, the process typically takes between 3 to 5 months. For larger-scale projects such as villas, you can expect a timeline of 5 to 8 months.

    Of course, this can vary depending on the specific challenges that arise during execution, as well as the scope of any exterior works, including landscaping, roofing, swimming pools, and other structural or design elements.

  • The cost of a full renovation varies significantly depending on two key factors: the materials selected by the client and the scope of work to be carried out, particularly in the case of villas.

    It’s important to note that renovating the interior of a villa is not the same as undertaking a full-scale project that includes landscaping, a new swimming pool, roofing, home automation systems, solar installations, or pool heating and climate control.

    For fully comprehensive villa renovations — including everything from plumbing and electrical systems to solar panels, fireplaces, pools, and outdoor kitchens or BBQ areas — we have completed projects in locations such as Marbella, Lanzarote, and Madrid, typically ranging between €1,100 and €1,300 per square metre.
